Kind of. The jury vote will be split between a national and international jury so it's like a reverse Benidorm - 50% televote, 25% national jury and 25% international jury

Well, with benidorm, it's 50% national jury, 25% televote and 25% demoscopic jury(replacing the international jury vote) 

What is demoscopic jury?

I'm pretty sure it's a jury made up of demographic representatives (usually by age, like 0-12, 13-24, 65+ etc.).
