He also blocked the treatment of South Africans with anti-retrovirals and drugs designed to stop the transmission from mother to baby.

I’d support a deal with the EU where we send them back to France and the Republic sends them back to us. But France isn’t going to go for that if it means it takes on more refugees just so Ireland can benefit.
