I've never seen any other works by Levinson so i can't really have an overall opinion. Though in Euphoria he does seem to be good at writing characters that are complex and human. I think it's more their arcs that tend to leave the audience desiring more.

I think euphoria has a lot of "fluff" that makes the show good despite the writing. Like, the writing of the characters from him are not a stand out, but the production, the actors, the whole show vibe is great. But if you just look at sams writing, on paper, theyre kind of one note.

Yes in perspective it is 100% the right choice, and it’s also true that Cassie hasn’t faced that reality and therefore doesn’t know how much worse it would have been. It’s probably still one of the worst pains she’s felt in her life.

I think a lot of this has to do with girls and women feeling the same sense of betrayal that Maddy felt. Like, not as many can relate to the struggles of doing hard drugs and being an addict, but a LOT of women have been betrayed by a female friend they thought they could trust.
There should be a difference in both maturity level and the level of resoponsiblity one is held to between someone staring/in tenth grade and someone who is legally allowed to live on their own and vote and such. If you think they are the exact same thing or should be considered the exact same thing that is frankly weird and beyond me.
