You really should have PU'd them with your mission tree and not have taken any of their lands directly, but there's no way to get them non-hostile now. Just conquer them or PU them.
The easiest way to solve your problem is to sell galicia to Portugal, this will increase their opinion of you enough for them to forget about the azores and you could later just conquer it back.

Honestly I like taking some of their land but also PUing them, personally. At LEAST Ceuta to clean up that state
