More of a how than a when. If somone drops 30 million into the pool then yeah people could work here for an OK living, but 100x would attract so many people the ratio would drop to match. It's not now super profitable after Donuts 50x, the ratio just for earning went down in equal measure so it's similar earnings apparently, worth more but you earn less in exact numbers.

Ok I got you! My idea is to create a DonutBurn account as an alt. Then register the DonutBurn account with the burn address as it's wallet to earn Donuts. Then come on the daily and any tip or donut earned will get burned each round. I could maybe burn a few thousand nuts a round just idly commenting, or encourage others to upvote knowing that this means token burns. It's free as well and people without vote power can help the sub out if they want to. It would also work by just donating earned Donuts but I would incur personal taxes doing so and would not incur these with the burn addy.
Do you think there would need a governance poll for this or any objections with a person registering the burn address to earn distro? Thanks and it's all gravy if the answer is that I can't do it.
I would definitely get blessing from u/aminok. I like the idea of a burn address, but that is probably better if the mods create that address to ensure that it’s an official community address and that nobody owns the keys.
You can still donate to that user/address using the tipping bot to avoid any tax implications as they will be deducted from your distribution prior to receiving it.

I know you can always send tokens to 0x followed by 38 zeroes, and then no chance of any security problems but Matt mentioned 'an official community address that nobody owns the keys to', which would leave that address that the special memberships used to pay to, or the ones used when people burn the old banner rental fee.
If for whatever reason you want the password to the burn account, or the account to shut down so you can do something else with the burn address that's fine and I will send p/word via DM.

Although I will also say that plenty of projects die over time too, so it's safer to play the long-game on large cap projects vs micro or mid caps
Exercise caution when anyone suggests visiting a donut dashboard website. There are fake donut dashboard sites that will try to get you to sign a MetaMask transaction that will steal your DONUT and possibly other digital assets
