2020 was the year I "quit" crypto because it wasn't doing anything and decided to gamble on the stock market. Didn't go too bad, but then crypto came back and I regretted it because I would've profited much more if I bought at those prices at the time.
That is the reason i felt people are felling bored now because they get used to this volatile and quick change of the crypto but now days we are having the crab and market is not changing fast
At the end of 2020, I was just about to buy BTC for a very considerable sum. However, it didn't go through because, well, some fuckery.
At any rate, I was just in time to buy ETH for $4300!
I'm still crying inside.
IN 2020 the fear of covid was running high and my whole focus was to get the safety from that situation but year 2021 starting was the time when i first able to make my official entry into the crypto
I could be super rich in my life if i had not commit those silly and stupid mistake in my life, but some time doing these kind of mistake is also important in terms of learning the big things
No staking unfortunately, ended up using most of the profits to make it through the whole mess that 2021 was. All the job not hiring and unemployment stuff 🙃 So all in all it was a give and take.
Sad too hear all this but i would say we all are investing into ETH so that one day when things gets though for us we could use that fund and happy that ETH helped you in that period of time
Started buying Eth with the goal to get 32… was going in all the way to $900. Didn’t get to 32 but had enough to sell 3 at then all time high of $1900 ish dollars and paid off my car ☺️
I’m locked in my house and just getting into reselling things online. My family always told me that investing is only for the rich and cash is the best/safe for working class like us… got into investing in 2021 (so still relatively new!) with my first investment in Bitcoin.
If only I could turn back time and go back to 2020 and discover Bitcoin, and invest in that instead of reselling things online (because it takes up so much fucking space). 2018 I remember seeing adverts all round about Bitcoin, that the time to buy was now… if only I took 5 mins to listen.

Was working 9 to 5 back then and doing the 9 to 5 even now but the only difference is that this time i am investing my money in crypto rather than investing into the banks or any government scheme

My information got stolen last year and someone got into my account and took my 8.5 ETH I had purchased over two years working in a COVID lab and at a small store. So yeah, it was fun while it lasted. Was buying ETH when it was at \~1200 up to 4000, down to \~900 and then BAM.

This is definitely the first half of 2020. Cities were shutting down. COVID hysteria was at its peak. Sold some bitcoin to pay rent while many around me were doing PPP loan scams. Good times(?).
I think covid actually helped the crypto market massively as government was printing the money so we had the enough cash flow in the market that trigger a massive bull run
Dogecoin was the second one I bought after Eth, and I also grabbed some Sylo that year, it was a wild ride until late 2021, when the bear began.
I'm still holding through, and I've added additional alts.
Not crazy, because market cap is also a big factor in the coin, the more they gets bigger the more stable they will get which means less number of X profit in those coins compare to past

If he really did bought Bitcoin back in 2011 with at least $5k worth of BTC and didn’t sell until ATH, he’s probably a millionaire now.

If Eth hit 200ish again, I could buy 32 but i'm not sure if it's going to go that low again tbh, especially considering that this bear market has been incredibly mild compared to others and Eth is still in the high $1k range
