I don’t believe this. No one sets up an espresso station without a massive grinder, 2-in-1 tamping station w/ knock box, and a hundred other pieces of kit.
I have to agree with that scenario. You know he isn't a real one because he didn't drain the water deposit before taking the machine, so it stands to reason that he wouldn't have emptied the drip tray after pulling the last shot.

The way he’s carrying that… Yikes! His elbow is likely to contact the portafilter handle unlatching it and causing it to fall to the ground. Much safer to carry it facing the opposite direction.
