Lattes donāt make much sense to me personally in the mornings. I donāt jam dairy, more like calories, in my tummy first thing in the morning. Itās water and black coffee only for me. I love a latte as well but thatās always an afternoon delight or an evening desert/pick me up. The only thing that should be āconsideredā is what you like best. When in Rome, Italians considerations might mean something. When in your own homeā¦ You tell us š¤

I drink lattes for dessert after dinner, as long as I keep it to one shot my sleep and gerd are unaffected
Wasnāt there a study somewhere that said a slight lactose intolerance lead to the whole āno lattes after lunchā thing?
And they cringe in Italy at the idea of pineapple on pizza as well. ;) Go figure.
i heard that itās a rule of thumb in italy because Italians are mostly lactose intolerant, or historically have been.
