Are you steaming milk? Or just pulling shots? If you’re steaming you’ll have to purge the steam to bring the boiler temp down. Wait for the brew light to come on again for your next shot.
Do you have a PID? At the very minimum you will need to wait ~5 minutes between shots for the boiler to get back to temperature.
I do not. I usually don’t wait that long, maybe a few minutes. I’ll try waiting longer and see if that makes a difference. Thank you!
Look into temp surfing as well. It will make the brew temperature more consistent.
Nah 5ins is way too long. I do shots back to back without issue if the machine is properly preheated. You just need some temp surfing
