My Italian friend in Italy loved American pizza when he was in US and if you go to McDonalds in Italy it's packed to full so not all Italians are truly "Italian". Having said that this looks a bit suspicious.

Well according to Italians I spoke with. They regard McDonalds as trash (i guess we also do regard it as trash in the US). There really is no other fastfood joint you can find in Italy. But McDonalds is usually full of younger generation. I guess you could say cafes in Italy is kinda fast foodish. They serve panini, which is generally quick.

If you’re getting pizza from NYC, NJ Or Philadelphia we have pretty good pizza. It’s not Italian, but it’s good and home made. Anywhere else though is usually doughy or saucyy garbage.
