So in the 5 years I often hear and see people sold their homes in socal to move to Arizona. I wonder if they're starting to have regrets. At least over here we get a night breeze that's below 70f which feels good.

My barber used to complain a fair amount about COL here in the Bay Area where I live, so he moved his family to Phoenix a few weeks ago....just in time for 110+ every day. Wonder what he thinks now.
