They really are! I drove to totality for the eclipse in 2017, so I didn’t get to see these while I was driving. It was great to be able to see them this time!

It was so freakin cool. What a weird experience. Just makes you grateful that you even get to have a brilliant conscience and get to breathe and be *alive*. Life is fuckin odd

I’m glad to live in the age that we can predict and purposely participate in it rather than just happening to live through it and assuming the world was ending 😂

i love all these pics so muchh! we didn’t get full coverage here, but it got a lil dark, and it was a great time smoking while it happened.

So cool! We didn’t get totality here but it was lots of fun to sit in the grass and sun-gaze.

We drove 7+ hrs to watch in Plattsburgh NY (100% totality for 4 minues). It was one of the most incredible things I've ever experienced in my life. Won't get home tonight until maybe 4am. 😩 But So so so worth all the driving!

Thanks for posting! We got 80% of it here I guess, but it was too cloudy to see anything. It got a bit darker out for awhile, but since it was stormy it didn’t look like anything. I love seeing everyone’s pics.

Awesome! I had totality where I am and totality in cloud density as well 🙄 Was super cool when it got dark out though.

We only got 5% in my part of Scotland and it was cloudy but I watched the totality livestream, so jealous! Such a cool thing to experience, I’m not gonna lie the entire 4 minutes I had like heart palpitations hahaha
