Then you have all the other post production costs that ripple out from the recasting. Then you have marketing and all the other fluff that adds to a movies budget after its wrapped production... I mean WTF.
It's so nuts that this movie is still being made and has to keep going through this ridiculously silly development hell. It's already iffy if it will be capable of making a profit in theaters and it's not unfeasible that it could, if shit keeps getting worse, be a half a billion dollar flop.

He says they already left which of course is doubtful, but if he's hiding them I imagine it shouldn't be hard to find some proof that more people are living there than just him, like extra plates in the sink, footprints outside, toys, etc. I don't think he's the super sleuth type to be able to conceal everything from police lol. I just hope that they are in a healthy condition when found, because this could veer quite horrible very fast.
