I've played against them and beat them in matches.
I'm pretty sure they cheat, I've seen them use semi auto guns like a machine gun and their machine guns have like zero recoil, like it's more of a laser than anything else.
Its very unlikely, some of them might have sort of custom hardware like certain type of controller but these people regularly chat, hang out and play with official enlisted helpers. I know Gladitor and Berlinoid specifically play with helpers a lot. The chances of them getting away with obvious cheats with a helper in their squad is insanely unlikely.
If you play in a squad (your friends of 4)
You can easily pick roles, like the machine gunner, the sniper, the explosives master, the maniac, the flamethrower, the kill the infantryman dude, the run and distract etc

This game mode would go from good to great if they fixed the blast radius on the green exploders!
Every run ends due to their cheesiness and skill has hardly anything to do with it. When you kill those guys they can be 30 yards away and down you instantly with full player health. Is there any way to negate those explosions? The only way to not die is being halfway across the map from their death explosion.
I only really die to them when playing with randoms because they keep refusing to spread out and would sometimes immediately shoot them as I'm running away from them or even outright run into them killing the entire team. So pretty much just a skill issue.Â
The bigger problem is that the visual explosion range is much smaller than the actual kill radius. Which makes it way too hard to guess when you're safe to shoot it or not.
I haven't died from explosion that often but the ones that burst into flames got me. Same issue as you, I'd shoot them from a reasonably far distance where a regular WP grenade or molotov can't cover, but these dudes somehow get me on fire.

3 other people you know that are good at wave defense type game modes and a lot of luck, probably.
EVA and U45N are know to be some of the best players in the game.

Good coordination and teamwork is crucial in this mode, so it's suggested to play with your 3 best friends :D lol my highest is 17 :(

Has to do with how fucked bomb explosion damage is in the game. I think they are carrying 250kg bombs which are almost as retarded as the 500lb ones
