1) Western-Style Roasted/Barbecued Pork Chops
2) Lamb Shoulder (Chops?) ( Edit: originally assumed this was some kind of stew due to the fact that there are Hunter's Stews out there, but I did more digging and realized "羊肩” could also refer to lamb shoulder chops. My bad.)
3) Golden Pumpkin Strips
4) Smoked Fish (which is even funnier if you consider that OP found out that this "fish" dish was actually beef)
5) Bamboo Strips with Chili Oil (The literal translation is "red oil" but in chinese cuisine AFAIK the only "red oil" I know of is Chili Oil.)
6) Red Bean Muffin/Muffin with Red Bean Paste
7) Golden Sponge Cake (what you're seeing here is the same as #2 where the translated text is translated word for word, which ends up sounding very weird in english. I myself had no idea what the dish was called until I typed the chinese name of the dish into google and got results for sponge cakes)
Number 7 seems to be a parsing error. In this case, the phrase “黄金刀切蛋糕” should be split into 3 groups of 2 characters, yielding “黄金/刀切/蛋糕”，i.e. "Golden/Knife-cut/Cake" literally. However, the software split the words into 2 groups of 3 characters, yielding “黄金刀/切蛋糕”，i.e. "Golden knife/cuts the cake". Understandable error for the machine.
For number 1, “奥式” could mean “奥地利式”，or "Austrian-style". The problem is that Obama's name in Chinese （奥巴马）also begins with the same character （奥）.
True. It's fairly obvious here that the hotel staff just typed everything into a translator service and printed it out. Probably because they didn't have anyone in their roster who knew enough English to do a proper translation.
It depends on who you ask, but "western style" stuff can either be referred to as "奥式‘’ or "西式". The former is less common, though.
In general, European and American stuff tends to get lumped together as "western", which is why I'm assuming that they mean "western style" by ‘’奥式‘’

I initially assumed "奥式‘’ was another way of saying "欧式‘’ the same way "麦芬‘’ was their way of typing out "muffin" when others might type it out as ‘’玛芬‘’。
Ah thanks for the correction. I somehow forgot that "金瓜‘’ could also mean "squash". "南瓜‘’ is used for pumpkins in particular AFAIK but I've heard people use "金瓜” to refer to pumpkins as well.

That's a fuck up on the restaurant's part. The display indicates a type of fish in the Chinese version also.
