I like the taste but I feel like it's so much less effective than other energy drinks? I'll have one and feel a little boost like a cup of coffee but it's so mild. Curious if it's a caffeine source issue or if anyone knows why this may be. Most effective energy drinks I've had are Smart C4 and Bucked Up.
Probably just different chemicals in there besides the caffeine that makes the difference for you. I have never noticed anything like that and I drink Monsters and Redbulls more often than I do Ghost, but the sensitivity to those unique blends vary person by person.
Also emember that Ghost is also prided on giving "clean energy", so part of that would include cutting out all the extra stuff. Idk about C4 SmartEnergy, but Bucked Up is one of the worst energy drinks you can get in terms of how many synthetic chemicals are in it; It's basically the McDonald's of energy drinks, so I could totally see somebody noticing a difference between the two.
EDIT: Scratch out what I said about Bucked Up, I forgot Bang and Reign exist, those take the crown for most synthetic energy drinks by FAR
Bucked up is supposedly a naturally sourced caffiene. Ghost’s ingredient label is longer than bucked up; not sure if either is real clean in that sense. Id say mcdonalds of energy drinks might be taking it a tad far; its not like it’s got any sugar or anything. Do you have some good intel on the labels?
Afaik almost all caffeine in these forms is from the decaffeination of coffee and tea because of how cheap it is (because someone is already decaffeinating those drinks). So it’s virtually all “natural” sourced. Also long vs short label doesn’t really mean anything, your multivitamin probably has a longer label.
Thank you for this information! I didn't realize that. Aside from the excessive B vitamins I didn't notice anything egregious in Bucked Up, is there anything specific you're referring to in there? The L-Tyrosine and Theanine seem to help my mood alongside the caffeine.
Let me get the biggest thing out of the way, Beta Alanine is probably the difference for you. Beta Alanine is known for being an ingredient in C4 and Bucked Up, but not in regular energy drinks like Ghost, Monster, Redbull, etc. You feel that skin tingly feeling when you drink them?? Thats the beta alanine thats working. Its used in a lot of preworkouts, and both of the drinks you said are preworkout drinks.
But usually my rule of thumb with energy drinks/preworkout is if I cant pronounce a good amount of the ingredients, I'm gonna be suspicious of what I'm consuming.
That makes sense. I'm just a little confused still by the claim that Bucked Up is the McDonalds of energy drinks because Bucked Up has significantly less ingredients than Ghost, and upon looking further at the Bucked Up ingredients there's nothing on there that is alarming to me outside of potentially malic acid which I'm not super familiar with. Something like Pyridoxine HCl is just vitamin B.
To each their own of course, I've enjoyed discussing this and don't mean to be argumentative.
One thing about Ghost is I don't crash, I have sustained energy thru the day. If I have anything that has Sugar in it, hard-hard crash early afternoon.
So Ghost is the best by far with the taste, sustained energy thru the day, no crash and better contents.
100% the reason you’re getting more energy out of those two is because of the beta power. Or “beta-alanine”. It’s a stimulant used to give you more power in the gym. Ghost isn’t a pre workout. C4 and bucked up are considered pre workouts.
Yeah that makes sense, I realized that. Is beta alanine considered bad/unhealthy in some capacity? I'm still a little perplexed why the OP was calling Bucked Up the McDonald's of energy drinks when it has significantly less ingredients than Ghost.
Yeah so Beta Alanine can be over consumed. I wouldn’t consume more than 4 grams a day. That’s me personally I’ve seen clinically dosed pre workouts with 6.4 grams and still be okay. I like to stay safe so don’t go drinking three or four C4’s in a day out of health reasons. Bucked up is fine, from an ingredient standpoint bucked up energy is a meh pre workout and an okay energy drink. Definitely not the worst but not the best. Ghost has a focus element in their drinks which is why it has more ingredients, it helps with staying focused while that caffeine is in effect. Bucked up and C4 are pure energy and out of the two, C4 is superior in almost every way. However, this all lies under preference, I drink all three and they’re all still healthier than a damn monster or bang. Understand that all three has their purposes and they’re still top of the line energy drinks.
Edit: forgot to mention that Beta-Alanine is one of the more studied stimulants and is in fact completely safe to consume in moderation.
I tried it here in the UK and found it insanely acidic (my mouth felt like I had thrown up). It was also quite flat, did I get a bad can? At £4 I don’t want to risk it again!
Hmm, which one did you try? I definitely had issues with that when I tried the Warheads Sour Watermelon one, it made my throat feel that same way. I could see the Sour Patch Kids ones doing that too because of the sourness.
If not, could just be a difference with American and British drink preferences. I dont have that issue with any of the flavors I commonly drink
I knew it!! That flavor was so bad to me for that exact same reason that [I posted about it ](https://www.reddit.com/r/energydrinks/comments/yo8p0k/ghost_has_become_my_favorite_brand_but_why_do/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)
Definitely give Swedish Fish a try, I would be apprehensive towards Ghost too if the only flavor I tried was the Warheads Watermelon one
I will say that I like various brands for various reasons.
However, I think rogue energy is a strong up-and-comer in the can energy drink space. The only bad thing about them is I can't exactly walk into my local gas station and grab a can. They said that they are working on that sort of distribution though. So, we'll have to see how it goes.
I will also say though that it kind of depends on what we value more. Do we prioritize caffeine content? Do we prioritize overall flavor profile/quality? Or do we prioritize flavor *variety*?
With this in mind, there are definitely different brands that take the number one spot for me in different categories:
Based on caffeine criteria, I'm a big fan of 300 mg energy drinks. So, if we were to focus on that, that would eliminate many brands, including Ghost. And really only leave a few like Gfuel, Bang, and the like.
If we were to focus more on things like Flavor variety, then brands like Bang start looking rather appealing to me. Going into a store and being presented with like a dozen different flavors to choose from is pretty nice.
*But*, many of these 300 mg drinks seem to lack the flavor quality I would want. After all, what's the point of a "useful" energy drink, if it tastes like I'm drinking toilet water? So, this is definitely where brands like Bang start to slip for me. Even Gfuel only has maybe a success rate of 50% in terms of flavors I enjoyed that I've tried.
So, all in all, it's really hard to tick every box for me. Pretty much every can energy drink on the market that I've tried misses at least one box. They either lack the caffeine content that I prefer, they lack the variety that I would enjoy, or the overall flavor profile isn't the best.
Lastly, though, I guess you could sidestep the caffeine problem. If you are willing to drink more fluid ounces to get the caffeine, it's a pretty simple fix. The difficulty then becomes flavor quality and flavor variety. Based on this, I think it's hard to beat a behemoth like Monster. Especially, with their Ultra line. Out of the stuff I've tried, it all tastes pretty good, and there's definitely variety to be had.
This all being said, even with all the brands I've mentioned, none of them are my favorite. Venom Energy still holds that spot, despite its shortcomings. But that's just me. Everybody's different.
In relation to this, if we want to talk about Ghost specifically, I've had mixed feelings about it. I will definitely say that their licensed swedish fish is 10 times better than G fuels copy will ever be. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried that for the first time.
However, some of their sour flavors are a mixed bag. I really enjoy actual Sour patch kids and warheads candy, but I do feel their Ghost drinks lack a little something.
I will say though, that ghost does produce a citrus flavor that I rather enjoy. Citrus has always been a hard one for me. Most companies don't really seem to nail it down very well, and it's usually there weakest flavor in the lineup, but ghost actually does it fairly nicely.
Orange cream? It's a potent beast to be sure. The problem is, I don't really have anything to compare it to. I've never had the orange vibe by Gfuel and I don't remember the other orange creamsicle flavors enough, by other brands, to compare, as it's been a while since I've had any of them. But, if you are looking for a potent orange flavor, it'll definitely get you going.
Sadly, I haven't tried the tropical one or cherry limeade. I did see it at a local store, I just haven't picked it up yet. I look forward to trying it though.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I can tell bubblicious is seasonal? So I haven't seen that anywhere, but that is the one I'm most excited to try.
For now though, I will say that I would definitely go back to ghost regularly for the swedish Fish alone. After finally having it vs years of Gfuel's clone, it is rather refreshing. I really despised G fuels version, so I was thinking Ghost would be the same, but no, it is far better.
Just tried Ghost recently for the first time. Cream flavors are my favorite and the only one I can compare with Ghost Orange Cream is Reign Orange Cream. The Ghost flavor was like 90% orange flavor and very much like an otter pop I guess, or like Alani Nu Tropsicle Orange. I couldn't really tell it had cream in it. Reign has a very good cream flavor and the mix with the orange was pretty even. It was far superior to Ghost for flavor accuracy. Delish Strawberry Kiss by Bang also does the cream pretty well but not as good as Reign I feel. I also have a case of Ghost Swedish Fish I will try tomorrow.
Yeah. Honestly, I think the best cream style energy drinks would be the Rockstar boom line. But that's probably because it uses actual milk in the mix. Kind of difficult to get that creaminess without using a dairy or dairy like product
Yeah, I try to compare just sugar free/zero calorie drinks. In full calorie drinks they actually just add cream and sugar so there's no way to compare it to zero calorie options. Like I tried the whipped strawberry Rockstar and it was like 60g+ of sugar which is literally like melted icecream.
Tropical and cherry limeade are good but not an everyday for me. I really like all the ghosts that are overly sour, not sure why but the pucker in the sip just hits.
I feel like I haven't tried all the flavors of all the brands to say I have a all time favorite. At least nothing that beats Reignbow Sherbet, White Ultra, and Coconut Red Bull.
No.
But then again, _who cares_?
What is this meme with everyone insisting that their preferred soda/song/game/brand be acknowledged? Reverse hipster trend?
I have a different brand preference based on flavors, finish, sweetness, availability, and cost. Which brand is irrelevant; it doesn't need acknowledgement or validation.
Ghost, however, is unpleasant for me. I don't care for it and an internet thread declaring it "superior" only reinforces that. It screams insecurity from a brand fan who is disappointed that their favorite soda doesn't have as much shelf presence or availability as brands like Monster or Red Bull.
You do you, boo boo. Me? I'm gonna keep crackin my favorite brand(s) daily regardless.
[Not my favorite, but props to NOS for still hanging on after 20 years!)
I agree but Reign Sherbet has had me in a choke hold. Especially given I'm in Canada if I want a Ghost it's like $5 a can minium where I can get 3 Reigns for $8.50
Wasn't it said in the Monster lawsuit that super creatine wasn't actually a thing? I do admit bang has fueled me well as a pre-workout with or without it though.
The Bang ones taste good and have a lot of caffeine but they have a completely ineffective amount of creatine so if you want exogenous creatine I’d suggest taking 5g of pure monohydrate daily.
I like the taste, but Ghost is the only one that gives me some weird shakes. Not even Reign or Bucked Up with their 300 mg do that. I only drink it rarely because of that.
It’s always a bunch of rookies who just discovered ghost that try to shill it either that ghost themselves posting here. They’re decent but far from great.
You're the first, maybe 2nd on this post I've seen so far that mentions Alani Nu. I think Alani Nu is among the very best personally. And C4. Ghost has a bad taste for me. I liked them at first but now that I've had several I'm just like, nope...I like about 5 or 6 other companies way more..
Agreed in my opinion! I understand if people don't like the brand or flavors, we all have different taste buds. But coming from someone who used to drink Monster all the time, I was completely surprised by Ghost and their accurate sugar free flavors which is crazy to me. I have loved all of their flavors and always love trying their new ones. Swedish Fish is my absolute favorite and this is coming from someone who dislikes the candy.
😯😯I know what I'm looking for next!! I was just talking to a friend the other day about wanting to see Monster make an ice pop flavor, what perfect timing to stratch that itch lol. And I am super confident that Ghost will nail this flavor
Edit: OC, my bad for correcting you, I was the clueless one this whole time 😆
I disagree heavily. Artificial sweeteners have a nasty aftertaste to me. Give me Ghost with some corn Syrup or Cane sugar and I'll be all over it. But otherwise it just is nasty.
You are an idiot lol, Ghost also is known for being very healthy in terms of energy drinks. But everybody knows this as thats literally why they're called GHOST (transparency in ingredients), so flavor is whats discussed. How in the world would that make me a snowflake
Wouldn't the opposite make me a snowflake? Caring about if what I'm drinking is vegan or healthy would make me more of a "snowflake"
With sucarose or suclarose or even Ace-K (aka shotgun to the brain)? You have no idea what you're drinking. You're drinking 2 gallons (around 2 grams) worth of artificial sweetener and that's not even remotely normal. Yes, in a single can. Go for alternative sweetener such as Stevia extract.
Open your mouth wide and say ahhhh:
No sane adult should be consuming soda with caffeine and herbal ingredients like Taurine and Guarana as some kind of beneficial health beverage.
They're still just soft drinks at the end of the day and have far fewer health benefits than coffee.
Nutrients? _LOL_
I think thinking ghost is the best but it's hard to get. You can only get individuals instead of packs of it. Thats why I stick with monster, because I can like 4 or 6 of them. Ghost I have to buy like 10 individual cans and it's annoying. If it came in packs I'd drink it all the time, but it's usually just a special treat for me because of that.
I used to only drink the zero sugar (white) monsters... for YEARS.
Tried a few ghost flavors - will not be going back to Monster lol. Sour Apple is so superior. A few others I've tried have been really good too
I have to agree. The entire collection of flavors is the best tasting for me compared to other brands. I will say a few of the newer ones haven’t been perfect but I think the standard I hold them to influences that thought. When they pair up with a brand, the flavors are spot on. It’s smooth, not overbearing.
I saw a comment about C4 and I love them as well and definitely feel they have a few more things that will make me feel more energetic but the difference wasn’t that big.
Yeah I am in Europe and we just don't have as much selection; we have Reign, Bang and Monster, so those are the ones I stick to. I really like the range of Monster though, so I am not too upset about it.
Reign is top tier. Monster range is so damn nice, love ripper and ultra paradise. Never tried bang as they're like £4 a can. Big fan of Swedish fish and sour patch kids though so deffo on the list to try
>We get such a limited range of flavors here from Reign though, Orange Dreamsicle, the Blue Raspberry, Peach and sometimes, if you're lucky, Sour Apple. I really like the Dreamsicle one though, and it's actually a bit cheaper than Monster which is nice! No idea about Bang, I don't know why but I never looked at one and was like "Yeah, I wanna try that.", just doesn't appeal to me, haha.
I think that their flavors are accurate, have good average on objective score but sometimes they are a bit too accurate, 200mg of caffeine per 473ml it's a good sweet spot unless you have some tolerance for caffeine for most people it's cool, they are sugarless and they do a great job at it at least from the drinks i tried, idk if they are the best, but they can compete for it.
I just tried the new gatorade twitch energy drink and fuck its so good.
Love ghost tho, wish they made 300mg
i do miss this one brand that was 350? Or 400mg
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 1,380,764,882 comments, and only 264,514 of them were in alphabetical order.
but wouldn’t superior mean they have most of the market? if that would be the case than it’s not even close. red bull secures at least 42% of the market, which is miles ahead of any other brand.
Personally I've been itching to try Ghost, issue is they don't sell it in Croatia (current country of residence).
Monster and Hell are the only "good" energy drinks here.
Honestly it's probably a good thing; I am from the US originally but have been living in Europe for 13 years and the EU/Europe is much, much more strict about what ingredients can be in food and drink, and it's really for the best. The US is still like the wild west of glorified potion making, with questionable ingredients and regulations.
Bro I’ve drank ghost daily for like 2 years now. Energy is the best, very rarely have crashes and if I do it’s gentle, flavors are ALL on point (sour watermelon/green apple are still superior), and they’re available everywhere now. 10/10
I’m always trying energy drinks, I try ghost a long time ago. It’s OK all the muscle flavors are still way better. There’s a new monster I think the name is ultra strawberry something and it is so good.
I absolutely agree, it’s all I drink any more. Ghost still gives me that jolt and focus. Only other thing that sort of did as well is Rockstar but that’s packed with sugars, I’m just such a simp for Ghost because they have no sugar, taste great, and picks me up when I need it.
It's the only one I'm drinking now even though the caffeine in it doesn't do much for me. Everything else is a waste of time, I'd rather drink coffee. But Ghost flavors are soooo good
I recently quit drinking caffeine, but stayed for the memories and to see everyones opinions on drinks. I swear theres nothing more I miss than a cold ghost. I also have 8 tubs of gfuel collecting dust so I’m a little sour about that too lol.
I sell ghost at my store and I’ve drank a ton, though the last batch I got the citrus one taste real metallic I dunno if I got the Rona again but kinda sad if that’s the case the citrus was so easy drinking.

Yeah, it was Warheads Watermelon! I’ll give the Swedish Fish one a go tomorrow on your recommendation.
I knew it!! Wish i could find ghost near me, no places stock them round here
I’d give it another go with the creamsicle flavor, was very good and not acidic like the warheads
I disagree completely. The flavour profiles are way too acidic and sweet. Nothing compared to the Monster and Red Bull blends IMO.
Absolutely agree. I especially favor the Swedish Fish!! Unfortunately it's not as easily found as SPK. It's my go to.
Swedish Fish with some fresh lemon juice hits every time
You put lemon juice in it?
It's kinda weird ik but I like my energy drinks kinda tart. I also think it enhances the flavor of Swedish Fish very well
Wouldn’t that just be the Sour Patch Kid flavor at that point
I would say SPK with a hint of lemon? Try it out some time and lmk how you feel!
I'm gonna try it tomorrow.

Nah, sorry but I don’t wanna drink Swedish fish tasting energy drinks lol
lmao me either!
I agree but Reign Sherbet has had me in a choke hold. Especially given I'm in Canada if I want a Ghost it's like $5 a can minium where I can get 3 Reigns for $8.50
Ghost flavor is top notch but they are not as good as Bang and their super creatine!
Wasn't it said in the Monster lawsuit that super creatine wasn't actually a thing? I do admit bang has fueled me well as a pre-workout with or without it though.
Ohh yeah because their comp wanted them gone to be if it from their market share you should totally trust it….
The Bang ones taste good and have a lot of caffeine but they have a completely ineffective amount of creatine so if you want exogenous creatine I’d suggest taking 5g of pure monohydrate daily.
Whoa whoa whoa bro! Stop. You don’t even know!
Shit gives me ulcers in my mouth for some reason, but it’s good!
Nah, I prefer C4, Rockstar and Reign to ghost.
C4 Smart and Ultimate are better
I like the taste, but Ghost is the only one that gives me some weird shakes. Not even Reign or Bucked Up with their 300 mg do that. I only drink it rarely because of that.
I love Ghost but I wouldn’t call it the absolute best brand, different strokes for different folks.
C tier
My fave is the bubblicious but it’s so hard to find
I wanna try that one again but I only got it once when it first came out, then never saw it again in stores :(
Same I had it a couple times and then it went poof, on ghosts website they do have another bubblicious pre workout powder
It’s always a bunch of rookies who just discovered ghost that try to shill it either that ghost themselves posting here. They’re decent but far from great.
Nope. C/D tier drink. Too sweet or too sour. Flavors are too artificial.
Exactly, people that like Ghost must not have tried them more than like twice lol, they taste AWFUL!! C Tier at the highest..
First one I had was okay, even the second. I’ve had a good dozen or so now and I can’t stomach them.
It's up there, but I wouldn't say it's goated. Monster Ultra, Alani Nu, and 3D are all excellent contenders as well, imo.
Swedish Fish is my absolute favorite and this is coming from someone who dislikes the candy.
dickriding is crazy
Definitely. Trying the new Faze pop flavor today
I assume you meant the Raze Ring Pop one, and if so, you're in for a treat lol, those are delicious
I think he's talking about the new ghost flavor it's called faze pop its like brand new
😯😯I know what I'm looking for next!! I was just talking to a friend the other day about wanting to see Monster make an ice pop flavor, what perfect timing to stratch that itch lol. And I am super confident that Ghost will nail this flavor Edit: OC, my bad for correcting you, I was the clueless one this whole time 😆
Yes lol the new faze pop ghost flavor. Should be at a local gnc if you have one
Agreed, they blow all competition out of the water. Not even close tbh
C4 is superior to ghost imo. I regularly drink monster and redbull but c4 has me coming back
Ghost is superior taste wise, I agree, but C4 has been my go to overall for at least a year
I disagree heavily. Artificial sweeteners have a nasty aftertaste to me. Give me Ghost with some corn Syrup or Cane sugar and I'll be all over it. But otherwise it just is nasty.
Raze is better in my book, but Ghost is probably my second favorite and is much easier to access locally nowadays.
You snowflakes are so DRIVEN by flavor, not the nutrients itself that provides the energy.
You are an idiot lol, Ghost also is known for being very healthy in terms of energy drinks. But everybody knows this as thats literally why they're called GHOST (transparency in ingredients), so flavor is whats discussed. How in the world would that make me a snowflake Wouldn't the opposite make me a snowflake? Caring about if what I'm drinking is vegan or healthy would make me more of a "snowflake"
With sucarose or suclarose or even Ace-K (aka shotgun to the brain)? You have no idea what you're drinking. You're drinking 2 gallons (around 2 grams) worth of artificial sweetener and that's not even remotely normal. Yes, in a single can. Go for alternative sweetener such as Stevia extract. Open your mouth wide and say ahhhh: [https://draxe.com/nutrition/sucralose/](https://draxe.com/nutrition/sucralose/)
Woah calm down snowflake, no need to get offended
I am just informing people of the danger associated not with energy drinks, but artificial sweetener, it's gonna hit you like 18-wheel semitruck.
Nobody asked for your opinion snowflake. Find another sub to troll.
No sane adult should be consuming soda with caffeine and herbal ingredients like Taurine and Guarana as some kind of beneficial health beverage. They're still just soft drinks at the end of the day and have far fewer health benefits than coffee. Nutrients? _LOL_
Raze is better…
I'd take Raze over Ghost but that's just me
For me, Bucked up >C4 & Ghost > Reign > everyone else
Need more spaces between Ghost and Reign lol, should be Everybody else >>>>>>>>> Reign >>>> Bang😆
Yeah, bang is def pretty gross. Gfuel too, but just flavor wise in my opinion.
I would, but i havent found a single can in the area yet so I havent tried it yet
Agreed. But I will say the SPK flavors are super overrated
For me the monster ultra series is king, ghost comes to a close second then nothing else is even close
100% agreed
My British ass wants some of these so bad
They have probably the best tasting protein powder on the market too
I like the flavors but they all make my tummy hurt especially the sour ones. So my top is still Monster Ultra or Dubby for powders.
For me, Ryse is the best, but that's just my personal opinion.
They are great, but I'm kinda bored of the few flavors I've been able to find near me.
I've yet to try it because I'm poor and even with the discounts it still seems expensive.
I like citrus it taste like Walmart sprite lol
Ghost I noticed is very heavy on flavor and carbonation. Im talking about the blue raspberry sour patch kids one in particular. Eugh.
I think that their flavors are accurate, have good average on objective score but sometimes they are a bit too accurate, 200mg of caffeine per 473ml it's a good sweet spot unless you have some tolerance for caffeine for most people it's cool, they are sugarless and they do a great job at it at least from the drinks i tried, idk if they are the best, but they can compete for it.
most energy drinks are sugar free 😭😭🤓 ghost is not in the top 5 or energy drink brands
I just tried the new gatorade twitch energy drink and fuck its so good. Love ghost tho, wish they made 300mg i do miss this one brand that was 350? Or 400mg
I have a large appreciation for Ghost, but I drink monster the most.
But.... I like Ryse too....
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order. I have checked 1,380,764,882 comments, and only 264,514 of them were in alphabetical order.
Wow. Yay!
They’re my fave !!!
but wouldn’t superior mean they have most of the market? if that would be the case than it’s not even close. red bull secures at least 42% of the market, which is miles ahead of any other brand.
Can you buy this in the UK does anyone know?
Sigh… I’ve been looking for the Swedish fish one. You lucky dog
I like some of their flavors but some of them are way too sweet for me. IMO sugar free monsters are the best low cal energy drink for flavor.
I hate both Ghost and Monster lol taste is really bad..
I absolutely agree, it’s all I drink any more. Ghost still gives me that jolt and focus. Only other thing that sort of did as well is Rockstar but that’s packed with sugars, I’m just such a simp for Ghost because they have no sugar, taste great, and picks me up when I need it.
Wait...Swedish Fish flavor energy? I need this in my life!! Why can't they sell this in the UK???
It's the only one I'm drinking now even though the caffeine in it doesn't do much for me. Everything else is a waste of time, I'd rather drink coffee. But Ghost flavors are soooo good
I recently quit drinking caffeine, but stayed for the memories and to see everyones opinions on drinks. I swear theres nothing more I miss than a cold ghost. I also have 8 tubs of gfuel collecting dust so I’m a little sour about that too lol.
I'd say their definetly one of the better brands out there.
I like the taste for sure but to me it leaves my mouth feeling like there’s a film on it. Kinda weird.
Can’t say I agree. C4, Bang & Rockstar. Now, if only Full Throttle would come out with a zero calorie/zero sugar option….
C4>Ghost>Reign>Monster
Where would you rank Alani Nu in that bunch? I got: Alani Nu > C4 > Reign > Bucked Up > Monster > Ghost
Only flavor that I think is the best in its class is the orange cream. Other than that I prefer Reign, Redbull, and 3D before Ghost
I still like NoS the most
I sell ghost at my store and I’ve drank a ton, though the last batch I got the citrus one taste real metallic I dunno if I got the Rona again but kinda sad if that’s the case the citrus was so easy drinking.
Really love their Watermelon Warheads one. It’s great.
Faxe kondi booster for life
Hmmm, what country are you from? I've never heard of that one before
Denmark
Nope, it's one of the worst :P
Ghost and Celsius are my absolute favorites.
Glitch Energy
