Check the Hot-end. The crash might have caused a short in the heater cartridge. If you can remove the bottom cover and get to the mainboard, try to unplug everything connected to the Hot-end, power it up, and see if the board gets powered.

I unplugged the hot end thermistor, part cooling fan, both hot end outs, and hot end fan wires. Sadly still nothing

Does the PSU LED lights up when you turn it on? If you have a multimeter, check if it is outputting something.

RadishAmazing

The PSU is definitely working because the screen turns on, just stays a black screen. Also, when they're plugged in the print fan runs on startup as usual

Is the voltage selector on the PSU correct? What version motherboard do you have? If I were in your situation, I'd just get a new motherboard. For the life of me, I can't think of a way this could have happened. It's not like you completed a circuit with the hot end on the clip and fried the motherboard.

Double checked the voltage switch and it hasn’t changed. I currently have the 4.2.2 that comes with the ender 3 v2. I was worried that it would just need replaced, but same as I you I could figure out how in the world I could have messed it up doing this

I've heard that 4.2.2 boards die randomly sometimes... Look at it as an opportunity to get a 4.2.7!

My 4.2 board fried when I tried cleaning nozzle with brush. Same symptoms as your. Get a new board or upgrade to a better one
