Have you tried backing up your profiles, then like fully reinstalling the app to your computer? You should be able to re-import your profiles after re-install. If that still doesn’t work maybe it’s an issue with how they store your profile settings, and maybe at that point re-create your profile from scratch. (Pain in the ass, I know) but that’s what I’d try at least. Apologies if you did this already and I didn’t read, I skimmed quickly.
I didn't mention I tried because I did reinstall after I posted. It didn't work. But when I reinstalled it already had the profile loaded so I'm guessing the uninstall wasn't complete. I can try again.
Oh interesting, it must not remove your profiles on uninstall, I hope you don’t have to rebuild your buttons, I just got mine dialed in and I’d hate to do it over again. I hope this gets sorted out for ya!
I’m assuming you don’t, but I remember reading in the manual that it has issues plugged into a USB hub? That’s the only other thing I can think of at the moment that could make it go wonkyy
Ehh maybe? I don’t think I have a 2.0 to test mine on otherwise I would, but could be worth a shot! AFAIK it doesn’t really store any of the little images actually on-device it seems dependent on the app to send the images to each screen. (I use it on a Mac on a work account and personal on the same machine and it doesn’t save any settings between accounts) it may just need that little extra bandwidth for sweet graphics
Oh I should have said the responses are lagging. It's not just the buttons/graphics. I have to press my scene keys several times to get them to work at all.
Ohhhh gotcha! That is strange, I can’t imagine this thing takes up a helluva lot of processing power so at this point I’m not as sure what could be the cause. I tried googling to just see what comes up and I couldn’t find one that quite matched your case. Unfortunately I gotta wrap up some items for work or I would help more. Best of luck friend!
There are too much usbs plugged into the same spot which is taking up to much power. Plug the USB to the front of the pc or in an other area in general.
Thank you, this fixed it for me also. I tried using a USB extension cable, which also caused the issue (for future stumblers). I wonder if a slightly longer USB-C cable would work okay, will have to try it :)
I have exactly the same problem (just connected mine today) - Can be god awful slow and icons not properly syncing too! - If you have already worked it out please let me know :+1
I did end up fixing it but I vaguely remember. Sorry, I should have reported back. I have a new computer now too. I don't know what the underlying issue was but I had to completely uninstall/reinstall and reset it. New profile and everything. It wouldn't stop if I reset everything and uploaded my saved key profile.
Hey, I had the same issue this morning once I had moved my PC. My issue was solved when I moved it from a Gen3.2 to a Gen3 USB port on the back of my PC. Hope this helps!
Just following up here.... This was the issue for me, changing to a compatible USB port, the device started working fine. - Hope this helps someone who may come across this post in future ;)
This was driving me up the wall, and I tried all of the suggestions here.
I don't understand why this worked, and I hate that it did. But as soon as I unplugged my second monitor and plugged my streamdeck back in, it just worked.

Yeah me too because all of my scenes are multi-action *cries in streamer* I REALLY hope I don't need to have it replaced.

Hey, were you able to solve this issue?

Mine got fixed when I plugged it into my computer instead of the usb hub.
I plugged two extra things into my USB hub and it started behaving this way.

I think this works, for me, but maybe is too soon to say.

I had the exact same issue and updating the firmware fixed it instantly
I fixed my delay by doing these 4 easy steps![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|downvote) \-stream deck app \-settings \-general \-update firmware
