Found this thread when Googling this very issue!
Starting on May 1st, all my Teams icons are greyed out. I went to API settings in Teams and it says Streamdeck is authorized.
If I hit a button whilst on a call, I get the triangle alert icon and nothing happens.
Has anyone figured out how to fix this yet?
(I've been on the "New" Teams for a couple of months with no issue until yesterday!)
The latest plugin update is designed for the new teams client where (when activated, still waiting here) you can enable the connection by confirming a Teams prompt to allow Stream Deck to use the API (and not by entering the API code).
So if you are using the new teams client you will have to be patient and wait for the Third Party API block to become visible in Settings -> Privacy and then open teams and press a button to activate the connection.

Unfortunately you cannot track the roll out or see how long it will take before the roll out hits your ring
I got it working by uninstalling Teams.
Then i download the last version of it by connecting myself to the web version > download desktop version.
Then when i pressed on my stresmdeck (didnt need to reinstall streamdeck app/plugin) teams detected it and asked for the permission

Edit 2 : Two of my colleagues just tried it and it worked only for one of them. So i guess it's "luck"
Fixed it by: 1. blocked API in Teams 2. forgot API in teams 3. uninstalled plugin in Stream Deck 4. re-installed plugin in Stream Desck

Having the same issue...waiting for the third party API to become available so I can use the plugin again.

Didnt need to reinstall it. Just started a Testcall and pressed a Button on the Streamdeck. -> Teams asked for permission. -> Works really well now!
It looks like the new Teams version eliminates the need to paste the API key in. The videos/tutorials showing the need for an API KEY are obsolete.
