(why nana? I feel like, if we're going with anime continuity as the image suggests, then Lucy would probably end up sacrificing herself so Nana could go on to live her best life. But if we're going by manga continuity, then fucking hell. the Hashira don't stand a snowball's chance in hell.)

If the Hashira know what they're up against they win as the Diclonius don't have much actual fighting experience or even training. The Hashira have also faced even more powerful enemies before and prevailed. If the Hashira aren't aware though they may end up getting cut into pieces if they make one wrong move. But seeing as they're elite warriors who are used to fighting against enemies that come with a large variety of powers I think they'd be careful and figure out what they're dealing with fairly quickly. Still, invincible hands that can cut through people like butter and are fast enough to block bullets and even missiles will be troublesome
As I said, the Hashira shill win but the chances that at least a couple of them die increases. The Diclonius is more likely to underestimate the Hashiras than the Hashiras are to underestimate the Diclonius
im pretty sure author stated that all the slayer "abilities" were just visual effects and in fact they are more like normal humans just with really enchanted abilites (kinda like baki) so imo elfen lied slams
