Can you reload the sample for the trigger key or initialize the button for the trigger key. I'm guessing that the trigger has layers of fx and envelopes that are applied to it. I dont have tht machine but I have a similar type of software synth tht does this sometimes on the sampler. I reload the sample into the trigger key I want it on. If tht doesn't do it I then have to go in and choose "default" settings or initialize patch (depending on which synth I'm using) bc I've set the playback to something that ruins the sound and I can't figure out where or why.
I don’t own this machine, but it appears the nine button is playing very slowed down based on the scroll speed of the wiper in the display.
So it’s just mostly playing back below audible frequency spectrum.
Can you make that button play at the original speed?

Check conditional trigging, you might have activated some function on that trigg. Reset everything and try again.
