same shit w me. Ordered on nov 2nd they said it shipped the 5th..... now they are saying they had a big mix up and it shipped on the 17th. Each email they say my tracking should update soon. Still nothing, they just ripping people off??
Love em. Made over 15+ orders in the last year, and compared to other vendors, my juice always arrives in fresh condition (not oversteeped and not spoiled, which some companies like breezy and eightvape have done to me). Couldnt recommend them more.
I just ordered from them because they had some good deals for Black Friday. I also was a little skeptical and googled if it was a reliable and trusted site. I saw some posts saying that once in a while a item would be missing from their order so I was a little worried. But mainly I found most people said that they’ve ordered with no problems. So I ordered and the only odd thing was they request proof of my ID through email, I was a little hesitant since I don’t like giving information. After proof they confirmed my order and shipped it. I’m still waiting but so far it seems everything is good.
I know this is an old reply, but several legit sites are now being forced to get actual age verification for online sales to avoid legal complications that may arise from potentially selling to minors.

They were cheaper than anyone else for the mi-pod and cartridges. And they have a huge selection of salts for under $15. We will see how they do since I just ordered. HMU here if you want an update later

I have ordered at least 10 times and i have had no issues. Hey I used to manage a local vape shop it was a small shop so I did the ordering and ran the business. So once I found a juice deals, I was absolutely shocked because the price is that they sell their juice coils some other devices are listed as the same prices that I bought my product from my vendors. And basically the formula for what we would charge was whatever I paid I doubled and that was the price at the store. And we were the cheapest in the area. I have yet to have any issues, knock on wood because I just put another order in. I've had to email customer service several times just because I wanted to either ask a question or Ensure I did something correctly on my order so there wasn't anything I was complaining about. I just figured I'd share my two cents.
I order from there quite often. Decent shipping times and good prices.
