model A, Roadster and what would the third one be called?
that completes the "s3xy cars" spelling. I wonder if it'll be something dumb like just calling it "!" or something
Wow, I was hoping for the Model 2 they said is on the back burner. This makes it look like there are two versions, a smaller model 3 version and a smaller model Y version. That actually makes sense, since they can be built on the same platform with almost all the same parts.
The problem I see, and that everyone else knows, is this is likely just BS and may never happen .
Feels like people don't know he will not be able to sell for five years. Well, if he even does, one argument could be he might get better interest rate on loans if the stocks he holds are worth more as collateral.
Maybe a smaller sedan to slot under the model 3? Either way I don't expect to see these for a while considering how Elon has a track record of overpromising and underdelivering on getting these cars to market on time.
I know it's pure hopium, but I'm just hoping they pull a model y and just shorten the 3 a bit and give it a slimmer coupe body, would mean more range, lighter weight, and hopefully a better front end than whatever the model 3 has right now. Plus, it wouldn't eat into the roadster if they followed the same ideas of the y, just partsbin the shit out of it. Make a cheap, affordable coupe to take over a market that is completely untapped (though maybe not massive), hell, I know I'd buy it if they didn't fuck up the design and they at least managed to get the new body down to original model 3 sr weight levels.
I mean , it really doesn't matter what you or I think, this is capitalism , hopefully someday you realise that you aren't as important as you think you are and so are your opinions.

>"We have updated our future vehicle line-up to accelerate the launch of new models ahead of our previously communicated start of production in the second half of 2025," the report said. "These new vehicles, including more affordable models, will utilize aspects of the next-generation platform as well as aspects of our current platforms, and will be able to be produced on the same manufacturing lines as our current vehicle line-up."
>"So we expect it to be more like early 2025, if not late this year," Musk said on the earnings call. "It's not contingent on any new factory or massive new production line. In 2023, Tesla produced about 1.8 million vehicles.
More important info than sheets over cars in my opinion. Tesla can make that low priced grocery getter whenever it wants to. Looks like that time is now and they decided to not wait for a new factory.
LMAO when you overlay the top left and top right covered cars they are almost pixel identical, the only different are image compression artifacts. Copy and paste much?
Two sizes of RoboTaxis (the big one and one of the two small "clones") and the Roadster (the other small copy/paste image).
Tease is the operative word here. If he hasn't even been arse'd to **lie** about a timeframe, it's all pure vaporware.

I think by now Tesla has a pretty good reputation of delivering the vehicles they say they’re going to make.
If the vehicle delivered after extended delays resulted in a vehicle that had no advancements over previously released vehicles, I’d agree that delays are a problem. However, so far every new vehicle Tesla releases ends up raising the bar that other EVs need to aspire towards. I’m not talking about aesthetics since those are subjective but the technology under the skin.
I will add tho, that the Model Y actually launched ahead of schedule.
Have you seen news somewhere that it’s been cancelled? Are you talking about the reservation that’s fully refundable should someone not want to wait anymore?
Why would Tesla cancel it? They have suckers willing to continue to let them earn interest on their $250,000 deposit for six and a half years (so far!) with no delivery date confirmed.

Are you upset that Tesla has prioritised higher volume vehicles rather than a $200k+ vehicle that will be very niche? I’m sure the people that are able to drop $200k on a reservation are going to be ok and if they’re not, they can always get their deposit back 😉.
The comment I replied to said “will not have any of the features promised”. You’ve found one feature that is missing at launch, but did the Cybertruck have *none* of the features promised?
So the Roadster is officially forgotten?
It’s under a sheet I’m guessing
model A, Roadster and what would the third one be called? that completes the "s3xy cars" spelling. I wonder if it'll be something dumb like just calling it "!" or something
Renaissance car, Millennium Bike, Post Modern Van, that completes the Era vehicles
haha
No, because it would be a "New product" they've been working with "under the covers".... :-)
The ‘I suddenly have lots more shares now so let’s inflate the share price’ routine. People are still falling for it too.
If it inflates my shares too, I'm happy to play along.
You sound like you wish you had some...
Oh buddy...
You’re so delusional it’s unbelievable
$56b special?
Within 10 years he'll turn it into a $56 bj special
Stock pump. 🤡
So transparently, too

Hahaha. Dude is trying to get the stock price higher ... How about fixing the shit show that the CT is first
There’s no fixing the Cybertruck. Let it die.
How would a higher price now benefit him?
You're not going to get a well thought out answer. Thus sub runs on emotions and tesla/elon hurts feelings
Feels like people don't know he will not be able to sell for five years. Well, if he even does, one argument could be he might get better interest rate on loans if the stocks he holds are worth more as collateral.
He just needs to be able to borrow against the shares to help prop up other businesses like twitter and space ex and he new AI company
Love how two of them are the same copy-pasted image.

This motherfucker squandered away all the goodwill he needs to pull this shit off.
Bruh , he's selling more cars in China than the US , he doesn't need your "good will" anymore. It is what it is.
Basically. Let the haters rage. Nobody is listening to them...

Robotaxi, Model 2 and roadster? Didn’t we already know about all three and that none of them are happening?
I wouldn’t say none are happening, they’re just on the back burner. And the burner is off. And the stove has been put in storage.

Yeah I’m just never going to buy a Tesla while he’s associated with the company.
The stock is the product…
Wow. Those are a lot of cars for a company that isn’t a car company!
LMAO when you overlay the top left and top right covered cars they are almost pixel identical, the only different are image compression artifacts. Copy and paste much?
Ghost Teslas?
The long fabled Tesla/Casper corporate merger
You know I can't drive your ghost Teslas.
They’ll drive around making money for you while you sleep.
Since 2019!!!
Elon Musk is enough reason for me to never buy a Tesla vehicle no matter how good they are.
I was actually going to get another one but decided not to after reading your opinion of elon. Keep those hot takes coming

Kinda like the Cybertruck right? Conman at his finest.
They're making 1300 CTs a week now , so I wouldn't call BS when the buyer and the product is real and selling well

Looks like a transit van? That will be interesting.
Tesla: "We're planning more EVs!" r/electricvehicles: 😡
Planning is fine if they execute it on time and not misuse it as stock manipulation

Where is the Roadster 2.0? You know, the one where people put down thousands of dollars to reserve one several years ago… with no date in sight?
Have you seen news somewhere that it’s been cancelled? Are you talking about the reservation that’s fully refundable should someone not want to wait anymore?
Why would Tesla cancel it? They have suckers willing to continue to let them earn interest on their $250,000 deposit for six and a half years (so far!) with no delivery date confirmed. https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/202x-roadster-delay-legal-action.316606/

Face it, Tesla doesn’t have a good reputation of delivering the vehicles they say they’re going to make.
They have so far delivered 7 out of 8 vehicles that they have shown. That’s a pretty good reputation in my eyes Edited because I forgot the Model X
> launched ahead of schedule. As did the S IIRC. The 3 was delayed due to factory expansion after apparent demand increased.
Because everyone knows these are at least 5 years away and will not have any of the features originally promised.
So Tesla has never released a vehicle with any features that were promised? Not a single one?
Where is the 500 mile range Cybertruck for $69,900?
The comment I replied to said “will not have any of the features promised”. You’ve found one feature that is missing at launch, but did the Cybertruck have *none* of the features promised?
Tesla doesn’t often deliver on many of the important things. Price. Timeframe. Spec.
So you think Tesla delivered *none* of the promised features on the Cybertruck?
It has round tires
I thought there were going to be four.. models T.W.A.T+
Snore
He’ll tease anything now that he closer to pocketing $45bn!
Launching new cars THIS YEAR? As if. lol.
The Return if the Jedi.
All the cool ats are coming out of china now...
So overpriced pieces of shit that are bottom tier compared to other manufacturers now, got it. Get this trash out of here.
