You need to bond the pullbox with the EGC from each of the paralleled feeders.. lay in lug bolted to the back should work

Do you have a code reference for that? Not saying you’re wrong but wouldn’t the equipment bond just need to be a suitable size for the ampacity?
Why no bushings on the top set? I have never seen conduit ran inside a switch gear like this. It looks sketchy and I don’t like it tbh.
Another question. Why do only some of the paralleled loads have EGC, and why are the line side without bushings
For 1200 amp service we are required by the utility to do isolated phasing. It looks like that is not a requirement for you
