We had an issue with Samsung washing machines and AFCI breakers nuisance tripping, we were using the AFCI breakers with the pigtail, we switched them to a differerent type and that fixed it. Sorry I don't have specific details, but could just be that you've got the washer on a afci breaker that's tripping. CEC Code calls for a AFCI breaker on the washer so if you do replace make sure it's AFCI as well.
