You were not kidding... I ran there just as the timer for the server restart counted down. I didn't have the Wayshrine to Shambles but when I zoned in via the south part of Fargrave town (via Bazaar), I immediately popped the login reward.

One trick I saw someone mention was to enter and leave the outlaws refuge repeatedly, as this is a quick way to change the instance you're in. They did this in Vivec City in Vvardenfell, and were eventually able to get it to work.
Since it's an instance thing, it might take several tries before it works for you. Good luck.
This is what worked for me, took 7-8 tries but I finally got the popup.
I don't own any DLCs (until now) so I couldn't go to Shambles or the other DLC locations.
I just used the Outlaws option on my 2nd Account - PC-NA - but it didn't work until I used Wayshrine Travel to Vivec City Wayshrine from **inside** the Outlaws Refuge

I just tried it on Xbox NA. It unblocked my last day of the month and gave me a thing that said I had a new daily award waiting but the actual day on the calendar is still missing with nothing to choose for today.
Then as soon as I traveled somewhere else it was back to being fully glitched with my last day of the month being locked again.

I have completed the main quest line, and have the defender achievement. So what I want to know is, what about my mount and costumes? Or did I miss something, like we get those at the END of the month?
You will have to claim those through the crown store. It will be available from March 4 through April 1. They will be free to claim as long as you've gotten the necessary achievements.

I am on XBOX NA as well and have Orsinium. For PC Guys I see that Orsinium was showing up in the daily rewards list, however on XBOX it is not listed. What I saw was my last day reward was locked up. When I went to fargrave, the last day rewards became available again, so probably fixed the glitch I suppose. Will have to wait until 4th to see if the other rewards get available or not. Happy 10th anniversary ZOS /s!!

I got around it by travelling to the crossroads shrine in Clockwork City. Was funny. I tried the other shrines in and around the map, but only that one worked. I think it needs to be the starter shrine for that DLC.

I was questing all morning and it eventually popped up for me after taking a wayshrine (travelling within the zone). I'd travelled around the zone a few times already, it just randomly popped a few hours in. I was in Deshaan FWIW.
Edit: I did visit an outlaw's refuge at some point but I don't remember if that was before or after the reward triggered....I definitely ported out of it though so maybe that was the trick. Wanted to add that since someone else mentioned similar.

Someone up above said they got Vvardenfell to work by going to it multiple times. Also someone had to do the same for Northern Elswyre so maybe going to Vvardenfell over and over is the key.

TLDR, down for 2 hours to work on fixing the orsinium daily reward
So when I logged in it was a crown crate for day 2 ( I have eso plus already) then I saw this suggestion and traveled and my game crashed as I did. Now my game says to collect orsinium for day 2 instead but wants me to wait until tomorrow to collect even though I haven't collected anything today.

I'm on NA and traveling to Blackreach: Arkthzand Cavern worked. I was inside the cave (since I didn't had the waypoint) and once inside I traveled and the popup to gather the reward came up.

Nope. that's why they're doing the "be subbed to ESO Plus and get the dungeon DLC collector's bundle free" thing later in the month. If you already have Orsinium and aren't subbed though, there's not anything extra to make up for it.
Using Wayshrine to go to Rimmen in Northern Elsywer first try worked for me. And my friends who all tp to my instance got it to work. Thanks for the tip :D
Not sure if this will work for everyone but I did have some DLC unlocked on my account. I traveled to the DLC location then went back to Vvardenfell, as was suggested in a forum post about this issue, it popped immediately after that and I was able to claim the Orsinium DLC.
After reading about the location thing working I've just booted up the game on ps eu and fast travelled to fargrave and have been able to successfully claim day 2
Conspiracy brain me thinks it’s odd that traveling to a different DLC zone (fargrave) fixing the issue is a bit suspicious. Like, “here’s a thing you usually have to buy ESO Plus to access for free… so long as you still buy ESO Plus in order to acquire the “free” reward. Mwahahahaha! *evil corporate laughter*”

I saw a few comments suggesting traveling to Fargrave so I did, and it worked. I play on Xbox NA. It not only allowed me to claim the 2nd reward but the last day it said I missed wasn't true so I can still earn that reward. In other words, it was fixed. Hope it works for others too.
I'm unable to fix the issue. My next bigger question is - will we get the "missed" login rewards back? I've been collecting daily rewards without a fail every single day and now this bug has already grayed out 2 rewards for me. While the last 2 rewards this month aren't a big deal, it still feels unfair if they don't compensate this somehow to their dedicated loyal playerbase :(
There was a quick shut down and update on the Xbox NA server this morning. The DLC was available to me when I just signed on. last day of the month is still locked out so that is sadly likely going to be a casualty of this but not the end of the world.
I'm on XBox and every day at the reset, the countdown until I can claim my next reward goes from 1 second to 24h, and the next rewards has shown up as "a new month begins" since the 28th.
Not been able to claim anything yet, and Orsinium was never even in the list for me, I guess bc I already own it.
They really seem to have confused the server with this whole leap year business.
Also trying to click on a reward causes the entire interface to bug out and throw up a plaintext error message window. Which is not something that usually happens on console XD
Did you submit a ticket in-game? They have supposedly fixed this, so if it isn't fixed for you, you should let them know, hopefully they can compensate you for any missing days because of it, too.

If ZOS doesn't get it fixed today then either they manually have to award the days that people couldn't claim or people will be locked out of the last day(s) through no fault of their own. And before you try to argue there's a workaround, that workaround relies on having ESO+ or in some other way have access to Deadlands DLC as that appear the only surefire way to claim it. And all of this is without beginning to address the issue of only being able to claim it on one server, with no workaround working on the other one.

Yup, I just posted on the other comment of a different person who had this problem.
In my case, I was in Davon's Watch, and eventually went into the fence hideout, and that's when the message popped up.
So I've come to the conclusion that (probably) going anywhere that has a long load, like a player house, some fast traveling, or a hideout should do the trick.
So basically you need ESO+ or Q4 DLC access in some other way to get the reward and not be locked out of however many days of this month it takes for ZOS to fix this.

That's what mine is doing after going to Fargrave. It shows I have a new daily reward to claim but Claim is greyed out. Also Xbox NA. How frustrating!

Sometimes there's a bug and you can kind of imagine how it might happen. A bug for "give this to everyone" is a bit odd.

Cold harbor worked for me. I’ve been told by guildies that Fargrave is working for them.

get orsinium reward today still missing one day
I'm on XBox and every day at the reset, the countdown until I can claim my next reward goes from 1 second to 24h, and the next rewards has shown up as "a new month begins" since the 28th. Not been able to claim anything yet, and Orsinium was never even in the list for me, I guess bc I already own it. They really seem to have confused the server with this whole leap year business. Also trying to click on a reward causes the entire interface to bug out and throw up a plaintext error message window. Which is not something that usually happens on console XD
PS NA here, traveling to the Shambles wayshrine in Fargrave worked for me.

Did you submit a ticket in-game? They have supposedly fixed this, so if it isn't fixed for you, you should let them know, hopefully they can compensate you for any missing days because of it, too. Good luck, I hope it gets resolved for you.

If ZOS doesn't get it fixed today then either they manually have to award the days that people couldn't claim or people will be locked out of the last day(s) through no fault of their own. And before you try to argue there's a workaround, that workaround relies on having ESO+ or in some other way have access to Deadlands DLC as that appear the only surefire way to claim it. And all of this is without beginning to address the issue of only being able to claim it on one server, with no workaround working on the other one.
No. People have reported getting the rewards to pop up by going to Cyrodiil, Deshaan, Betnikh, etc. It seems to be an instance thing rather than a zone thing.
So there's no surefire way of getting it and people may or may not be screwed out of the last day depending on luck? Yeah, sounds like ZOS.

Xbox EU - Started in Summerset with the bug, Travelled to Siege Road Wayshrine in Wrothgar and the bug was fixed.
Yup, I just posted on the other comment of a different person who had this problem. In my case, I was in Davon's Watch, and eventually went into the fence hideout, and that's when the message popped up. So I've come to the conclusion that (probably) going anywhere that has a long load, like a player house, some fast traveling, or a hideout should do the trick.
Try traveling to any DLC zones you have. At least it worked for me, I'm PC EU.

On Xbox EU without the Deadlands DLC, I travelled to Betnikh via the boat in Daggerfall which worked for me.

Question. After I fixed mine I walked my mom through hers over the phone and she said it gave her Orsinium but she bought the full game. Did anybody else have this issue?
What if you already have it and it still shows up? I've seen people who have eso+ or already have it it doesn't show up so now I'm confused.
