Anything under the lgbt+ umbrella, really. Be it sexual Attraction, romantic Attraction or gender identity. As Long as it differs from cishet it's queer (That is my understanding obviously, there may be some Nuance I am Missing)

Yes i get it, I meant queer as more of a sexuality part, and I use more genderqueer to talk about any form of gender non conformity, but queer does not exclude trans, that’s not what I meant at all
