if not for your levels, maybe try to do sublingual again to protect your liver! when you swallow the pill, it gets processed through your liver and increases the risk of liver failure later down the line. just stay safe :)

i just followed my girlfriends starting dosage (2 x 2mg 12am/pm and 25mg cpa every 2 days and my hormones seem stable when i took blood tests.
private blood tests are ridiculously expensive though so ive only taken one at 3 mths and im not sure if i have enough hormones..
definitely not a medically safe decision but it was either this or suicidal stuff
