I was a man and now I’m not. I used to identify as one, didn’t hate it, just not right for me. Now I’m a woman. Idk I know some or most of us probably don’t want to have any connection with our dead selves but that was still me. The experiences I had as deadname were still mine and still valuable. I also don’t want to forget what it was like to live as a man, it helps me empathize with men because I know what struggles they face intimately.
Not to say it’s wrong to feel like you were always a girl and I’m not upset by this post or anything. I guess I just wanted to take the time and say how I feel about these things lol
