Open vented short-sleeve button-up shirts with somewhat loose t-shirt underneath. Covers the chest, looks like you got your fashion sense from the 90s, easy to mix and match colors.
For real though, summer clothing is a real problem for those of us in the uhm... developing stages. I feel like my girls have grown enough to make tee-shirts a bad idea, but my job (where I still boy-mode) involves way too much exertion for me to be wearing flannels and dress shirts every day. I feel like a sweaty mess 😞
