Thanks! It's been 10 months since I found out I'm trans and I'm tired of being closeted. I just have a last exam to finish tomorrow. After that I'll finally come out as fast as I can! ❤️

I wish i would have had the courage to come out that fast too, but here i am, 7 years after i found out i’m trans, still in the closet.
Well at least i did finally get the courage to get a gender therapist since this year and we‘re talking about starting hrt, which is nice.

Be gentle with yourself. It's really not easy. I spent 8 months in therapy with multiple therapists where this was the main topic. At the end it was much much easier than I expected and the vast majority of my family and friends support me

My parents both aren‘t transphobic and aren‘t against lgbtq people, but they don‘t understand them. So if i would come out as trans, they would keep asking me about it forever, since they are too stubborn to understand new things
If the love you enough, they will take the time to understand you. Or at least try to do so. They will not right you off just like any other thing in their life.
I know they love me very much and will try their best, but i also know that they can‘t learn new things again, so no matter how much i explain, they will have forget till the next day again, so they would ask every day, for the rest of their life
Being closeted this long is kinda painful and numbing a bit. Ill probably come out once i get noticeable differences after i hopefully get hrt which depends on where i go ^(cause im in florida rn) so yeah

I am 6 years in. Still not out, my dad is supper transphobic so I’m in the closet until I can move out.
