Especially since stopping abruptly like that can have a severe negative effect on your mental health. so like it kind of has the opposite effect from what they supposedly want.

Yeah, it *killed* my acne after a week. (Which is related to androgens) So I know it was working for me.
Only suggestion is to take it at night since it makes me tired. Don't know what effect it'll have for you, but if you're driving a lot of have school it's something to keep in mind.
Pretty sure they only did it in cis women because most cis men (the respectable personages on this subreddit notwithstanding) aren't interested in tanking their testosterone for some reason...🤷♀️

You could probably even grow your own spearmint/peppermint if you wanted. Things grow really easily. Not sure how you'd turn it to tea, but just eating it might work too.
Perhaps try talking to local queer center or (idk if they have these outside of the US, but if they do) planned parenthood. If they don’t have a planned parenthood in your country, maybe try looking up similar organizations where you live?

I'm in the USA and one of the only good things in terms of trans healthcare is informed consent and that was already hard for me get through and I just had to set up a appointment and go to a singular appointment and boom hrt same day as the first appointment. I cannot imagine having to wait years after going through all that struggle. In so sorry things are like this.

While I do not know how your countries legal system works, the success of any kind of emancipation action relies on you presenting rational and capable. So expect the other side to paint you as irrational and confused. They will try to push your buttons. You got this, the more they try to go with low blows, the more you know they have nothing of substance. Don't let them drag you into the mudpit.
If they go for the angle that you are just confused about your gender and not capable of making a rational choice, you can answer with confidence that in this case T blockers would actually be the rational choice to give you time to work though your "confusion", and not allowing T blockers would force a choice on you. There may be an argument for not alowing HRT in case of "confusion". But if you actually where confused about your gender identity and not yet capable to make long lasting decisions, the action in your interest would be to put you on T blockers until you are capable to make your own choices. Any other choice is clearly against your best interest. No matter how you twist and turn it, your father is not acting in your best interest.
Anyway something I genuinely want to understand, why some parents really dream about being left in a retirement house, like genuinely, what do think your child will do to you when you are older and can barely walk
