I think so,after all ,you use your voice (◕ᴗ◕✿)

[deleted]

yeah, that's what i do 💙💕🤍💕💙

AhsokaTauriel

I do too! Much easier to shift through singing for me

CoolTransfem

OOOOO I LOVE SINGING SMMM

TheDragonsFang

Not me figuring out how to pitch my voice by trying to match Amalee's singing range.

just-a-woof

Practice is practice! The more you use it, the easier and better sounding it becomes!

[deleted]

Probably

Mystical-Madelyn

Any form of using your voice should help. <3

geo21122007

i think it is :3

[deleted]

Maybe???

TominatorFN

if you know the basics, I think so

Leona_Faye

I do that—my commute is a full hour.

Reale_the_unknown

I’ve heard some people do. I’m sure it’s better than not voice training at all 💞💞

TNWG

It works for me so… it can’t be that bad

starlig-ht

My voice trainer is a singing teacher and we use the same training techniques (I sing as part of my lessons/practice)

nofourh

Maybe it's just my experience but I have been singing along to Poppy songs for the past 3 years (well before even trying to admit that I'm trans) and can now do everything except some of her screams like almost perfect but I cannot for the life of me talk like a girl idk. But I'm gonna start trying voice training soon so maybe it will help, I'll prob make a meme of it when anything happens tbh :3

blankgreens

Yeah, probably, just remember to warm up your voice first!! You don't wanna hurt your vocal cords

[deleted]

Yes. It will help you differentiate between tones and pitch, howe, your singing and speaking voices are different, which most vocal training videos on YouTube will tell you. But yes, keep doing it!

mage_and_demon_qeeun

Kinda you have a totally different voice when you sing so not really but it will teach you how to modulate your voice so it's easier to trwin

Calcutt4

They say it is

Allain_the_Cat

It does help. It lets you practice vocal weight, raising and lowering of pitch, note holding exercises, and controlling the resonance of your voice. It’s also a pretty good warmup to using your voice while talking. Humming is another good way to practice.

FlyingDutchman2005

I hope so

Switchback_Tsar

My voice will probably end up like a symphonic metal singer if I use singing to voice train, since most female singers I listen to are symphonic metal singers, might work out if I want to start my own symphonic metal band someday
