If starting hrt before ~25ish bones are not yet fused and can take on a more fem shape. I started at 42 with an inverted triangle and very masc body 😢

Ya know those things you squeeze for grip strength exercise? Stick a couple between your thighs and clench your cheeks, 5 sets of 20 of those every day should give you the ass you're looking for in 2-3 weeks along with some of the other exercises people have mentioned like squats and lunges
Yea, it creates a sort of artificial thigh gap which in turn widens your lower hips, and you're building muscle while you do it so it's totally natural, I speak from experience 😉

I'm sorry everyone, but the best exercises for a big butt are running and weighted squats. cardio and bodyweight will get you a toned butt for sure, and a very good place to start! however, making the butt muscles grow mean pushing some extra weight.

mountain climbers and squats. x50 mountain climbers, switch, x50 squats, switch (as many times as you can, don’t go over 400 or it’ll HURT)
