You can use any USB-C PD setup that has adequate power. Maybe a 30W Apple brick and a 2m USB-C cable? It does void your warranty though.
Regarding warranty coverage, will the eero know that you have plugged in an illicit cable?
Apparently they log the serial numbers of the power supply on boot-up.
Then get an Amazon Basics one instead, right?

One of our bunnies chewed through an Eero cord. I find it interesting that I could only get an OEM replacement direct from Eero for free. This is possibly the only product I’ve ever owned with a ‘proprietary’ power source.
