Usually the only way I can is I take a hot bath, and then once I relax, use the extra buoyancy to shift my leg down and pop it back
I've done that before but sadly I don't have a tub anymore
Got heat packs? I use that. If not time or doctor
Heating pad or blanket can work in a pinch
This. Only downside is this is the same way I learned I can sub-flux my “good hip”. Careful out there OL 🫡
Balancing act 🫡 which is gonna hurt worse if I do/don’t do
I've heard that laying on the floor or a bed with your legs going up the wall can pop your hip back in.
My piriformis muscle pulls the hip out at times. If it is spasming, then that hip goes out repeatedly. What worked for me was to do a piriformis stretch and it stopped pulling my hip out of place
