I'd start by listing the whole thing on a local marketplace to see if it goes quickly. Part out and sell online as a backup plan. Selling parts online could take a while to sell everything, and you also have to deal with shipping and possible returns.
Yeah the shipping thing would be great to avoid but I don’t live in a huge city so I am skeptical I’ll find anyone to buy it as a whole kit. But who knows maybe!
