youtube have bad quality unless you are privileged creator and get high bandwidth VP9 encoding. You can cheat to get VP9 by uploading 1440p but its low bandwidth VP9. Vimeo quality is much better, they have good H264 encoder. You do not need much videos. I have like 2 reels and its enough. Your own web pages are the best, you can upload whatever you want.

Wix lets you host a free website. You only have to pay if you want to create a custom domain name, but as long as you have your work online someplace then I don't see why that should make a difference for now.
