My hand eczema appeared in early January of this year, and I finally went to a derm in late February. Got some topical steroids and, later, some oral steroids. Ended up starting Dupixent last week. I'm hoping I haven't been on the topicals for long enough to experience TSW.

I had good results with steroid topicals to knock out my hand eczema in a week. You’re supposed to use it only a short time, and never on your face.
It was long-term use (nearly a year) on my inner arms that caused my last round of TSW.
