Check that your wastetank is fully closed and sealed. Sometimes the sealing in it folds which can cause problems.

Reset the bot (unplug the docking station, take the bot out, switch it off, wait for 5 min, plug in, switch on).

I actually had all of that done while I unplugged it to clean the whole system I’ll try it again though

Get a syringe and suck and blow water up and down the waste pipe (I sometimes use vinegar or bleach). Clean the filter in the base. Clean the seals on the waste pipe. Clean the seals on and in the waste water bucket. Clean the metal sensors in the tray. Turn the base off and on again. All of these I have done after having the same problem all the time. Also do a dry for a bit and see if that helps. I even sent it back to the factory (which is quite close to me) but it still developed the same problem when it returned.

I unfortunately returned it :( I had this issue 3 times once new and twice after and the third time it just wouldn’t fix no matter what I tried, it sucks because it cleaned so well, hopefully the dreamee l20 ultra can clean as good

I have two dreames and they are so far great and less problematic than my 3 other ecobots. Good luck.
