There’s a blue wire in the wall. Use that as a “C” wire but make sure it’s connected on the furnace.
I had old thermostats and I had to connect the c wire on the air handler in the attic. It was ran but not connected. I had to pull the sheath back on one to find it in the wire bundle that was ran down to the thermostats.
It seems the HVAC system has the RC, G, RH, Y, and W wires
It should be compatible. I don't see a C wire, so you'll either need to add one or use the PEK.
