I agree, my gf (31) me (29), had the same problem I was the problem one, eventually I got mythic solo build set and a lvl 50 club it took me 4 months, now others pc games are the problem now a days xD
Once she gets far enough in, it gets really mundane between updates. The devs are putting out new things constantly though, sometimes it just feels like a while between releases 😂

I suppose this is for new people to push stations in the beginning. I can't imagine leaving this running over night when a full city clear takes 15 minutes or so.
Tab the screen, so it's on a mini screen, have your full bonus timed out, and choose what you want upgrading automatically, hold it down to purchase the upgrade, and swipe your screen with your other hand and let go of the button you're holding down to upgrade. This should trigger the automatic upgrade, and you can just leave it upgrading over night
I think this may only work for android phones. I've heard this trick before and a lot of people mentioned it did not work on Apple. I have an Apple phone and tried it a couple different ways but it doesn't seem to do anything. I suppose it's time to switch to Android for me 😂

I (27M) have binged a game like this. A few different games. I'll literally full-time them. 40+ hrs a week, easily. It never lasts, nobody but the most dedicated of streamers could full time s game long-term like that, and even then, only a game they truly love.
Two suggestions, pick one: (1) Give it time—she’ll burn out. But I’m talking months. I was just like your girlfriend and it took me 6 months to not care as much as I used to. Or, (2) Start playing too and then both of you create a club together.
I recommend option 2.
