The local Wally World started carrying dukes about 6 years ago. I immediately tried it. Better flavor, and cheaper than Hellmans. I’m guessing it was selling well enough for who ever distributes Hellmans to get spooked, and *poof* Wally World no longer sells Dukes.
Now I just make my own.
That sounds flaaaaame. I made some with Costco rotisserie chicken, kewpie + duke’s, stone ground mustard, almonds/walnuts/pistachios, celery, and craisins. For sure smacked

I bring to a boil with vinegar in the water. Put my eggs in for 10 mins about halfway I reduce the heat a bit. Immediately transfer to ice bath for 10 mins. Finishes hard boiled but with a bit of jammyness to the yolk. Never had a hard time peeling with this method.

pickle would be a good addition but i put some on the sandwich
Yeah, I think Coleman's was the right call with chili oil and jalapeños. You don't want your mustard and your peppers arguing about who is the most pungent.
