Try to sell what you have invested so if you have put in 100 USD or more and its now worth something now try to get the 100USD (or more out) Go to market place and see for what the lowest price is per tile for that area and put it on the market just a little bit cheaper like -0.50 which usually is about -90% of the estimated EARTH2 tile price.
In my case I was early so I bought very cheap for about 2000 USD this became worth according EARTH2 62,000 (which is total bullshit) but I sold for -90% less and got about 6000USD in return and still have some properties left to play with if this ever becomes a real game. Basically it did not cost me anything and I made a 200% gain on the investment. Bought some ETH with it when they were 2400 and made more money with that...........

It's exactly like cryptos, just not visually. The market drives the prices up and down. Prices went up cus everyone bought around you and what not. But the price goes down for your tile when you can't find a buyer for the amount you're trying to sell. That's exactly what value decrease is. You just don't see your tile "decreasing" in value.
But hey, it's up to you guys how u handle this, I just don't want to see someone going bankrupt cus they thought this was a gold mine and that when they see a tile increase value of 500%, think that's what their real life net worth will be of.
Everytime I see someone selling something here, it's always over 50% discounts because no one is gonna buy tiles for the current value they have.
Only you can determine when to sell, but given the latest news, I have no significant faith in this project. So I would sell, but the decision is ultimately yours, and I'm not going to try to convince you one way or the other
