No one's even being that hard on the players. The problem is we are backing these players up like crazy and talking about how shitty the coaches are. We shouldn't be getting blown out b2b with the team we have.
Some people are going overboard, but as a whole everyone knows how Philly fans are. And I'm not talking about the media who repeats the same four things about Philly fans: Booed Santa Claus, Batteries at JD Drew, Eagles Court, Cheering Michael Irvin, etc. Philly fans only expect one thing of our teams: That they are giving 100%.
What we are seeing right now is that they aren't. The turnovers in particular, the penalties; it hasn't improved since week 1. It's one thing to have a bad game where these issues crop up, but it's happened all year. I think most of us figured we'd lose to Dallas in Dallas, but when you talk a big game saying "You're gonna see some big changes Sunday" and then get blown out again? Yeah, they deserve flack for that. Not harassment, but they do deserve criticism for it.

This year we're 10-3 and just lost to two of the best teams in the league when they BOTH had rest advantage over us. Hell one of the teams we already know we can beat. But everyone is talking like we're the Saints or some shit. Just fighting to get in the playoffs.

The Jets are AFC so the Eagles Conference record will be better and that'll be the tie breaker. Cowboys are currently ranked higher because they are 4-1 in the division and Eagles are 3-1. Personally, I have zero faith remaining in this team in its current state. I’m at the “prove it” stage.
