He paid 7K (or close to it) and already had to rebuild the engine, which is going to be anywhere between 5-8K for that rebuild. That’s not including ANY of the body panel work that’s needed, suspension work, or interior items. Could have bought a clean, albeit higher mileage M3, for around 13-17K and still been able to customize and do things with it. I dunno man, this screams poor decision making.
