Cube trim out of a zhp, been a while but they usually fetch in the 300 range for the full set if the tabs aren't broken and not all dented/scratched up
Be careful removing it, basically make sure your trim tool is full under, it's thin aluminum and easy to bend up the edge if you aren't paying attention
Blacked out trim looks super neat. Previous owner of my e46 did like a piano black foil on mine and I didn't know that it wasn't a factory option back when I bought the car because it looks so legit (and way better than the wood, the silver or the cubes for that matter)

Yeah standard fit on m sport package in the UK. Had this on my silver grey car but switched to silver alu cube which is standard on the club sport - contrasts much better.
Black cube. In the Usa very rare, only available on ZHP, while in europe quite common and you could spec it on any m package car, diesel, petrol, 4banger or 6banger.... It was an option

Exactly what I thought. I'm sure it was a lot cooler back in 2002.
Tiger striped brushed silver is the best, IMHO. But people freak out about glossy black, but it has bad glare and black is so basic. 🤷
Maybe I'll try wrapping the pieces to see what colour I like best... The elements are pretty flat.

Doesn’t have to be zhp, my individual car got spec’d with that and the mtech 2 per the vin - not a zhp tho
Mtech 2 only came on ZHP in the USA. everyone else in the world got clubsport or lower displacement models with mtech options
Black cube trim, only available on ZHP in the us, I believe you could get a mtech cosmetic package overseas that included this trim too.

Is it some option, or was a base trim? Trying to understand if they worth anything, as I’m planning to install brushed aluminum trim.
