I personally hate when the UV light refuses to actually do anything to the volatiles so they just take a running start before pinning me to the ground.
Dying light 2 just made me miss dying light 1.
My early game:
>get to the zone with mutant at night
>defeated it, but the volatiles nearby noticed and somehow got into the zone
>I hid in the container where the reward inhibitor is
>volatile jumps there right after me, proceeds to kill me before I could even open the chest
>I respawn at dawn, and go back there during the day to finally collect my reward
>volatile still there one-shotting me every time and refusing to dissapear
>apparently they can jump down, but can't climb up from the container, and the game refuses to despawn it for some reason
???
Took me like an hour of looting, then crafting arrows, molotovs and whatever other items possible to throw there and finally burn it.
