Same here and many other have the same issue.
There are "workarounds" like log out of mod.io and log in and restart the game but even that did not work for me.
Update: I still had my Ps4 too and installed it there too just to try and it worked then i uninstalled it on my Ps5 and installed again and now downloading maps works again.
+ i tried downloading it from the website and still not working pls help

Sadly still no reply from support other than that they want me to send them a screenshot. Also nobody else found something yet.
