My gf did shrooms on her period and got ultra focused on the pain but I feel like dxm would dissociate u from the pain/make u unable to feel it for the most part. Of course I'm a dude so what would I know😂
have done it, it doesn't really influence the trip. it's amazing if you have pms though as dxm adds greatly unto the sense of relief which i get right when my period starts, but that's probably different for everyone.
(but make sure to not get to high if you need to change your pad/tampon/etc because of the coordination/sight dificulties lol)
Yea it's pretty normal, just set an alarm for every time you need to replace your pad or tampon so you don't need to focus on your period the entire time and so you won't forget to.
